TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL-Process - Updates will be given from time to time. Work timeline will differ depending on the circumstances of the artist (health, order of commission, complexity, school or family issues) which then will be notified of.-Deadline - Setting specific deadlines is possible but must be discussed ahead. You will be able to check the progress on my Trello.-Payment - Full payment must be done before service. Once the payment is received, there will be no option for refunds. I only use PayPal, an invoice will be given after the sketch approval. The currency will in USD. (if the client want a different payment style please let the artist know).

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:I as an artist...- Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.- Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post the said commission piece(s) upon request.- Maintain the right to turn down any commission.You as the client...- May NOT use your commission(s) for NFTs and AI.-May NOT reprint/post the commissioned art for a profit. (Contact the artist for commercial use)- May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit me at least once.- May request small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.
